This Privacy Policy explains how RotarIQ ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our website and AI tutoring platform (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to this Policy.

Questions submitted to the AI tutor are transmitted to our AI infrastructure provider (Anthropic) to generate responses. Do not include confidential, proprietary, or personally identifying information about yourself, your employer, or your facility in tutor conversations. Conversations may be reviewed in aggregate to improve the Service.
We share information only with service providers necessary to run the Service:
Each provider processes data under its own privacy terms. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.
We use essential cookies required for the Service to function and may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand aggregate usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
We retain personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You may request deletion at any time (see Section 8).
We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), server-side API key management, and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
To delete your account data, visit rotariq.com/delete-account. Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email jason@rotariq.com. We will respond within 30 days.
The Service is intended for professionals and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
The Service is operated from the United States. If you access it from outside the US, your information will be transferred to and processed in the US.
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
